Automation Status

The Automation Status section under the Analytics tab provides a summary of your push automation’s current status, schedule, and performance progress. Use this section to confirm that your automation workflows are running as expected and to identify when the next scheduled run will occur.

Automation Details

Each automation displays key status indicators:

StatusDisplays the current state of the automation (e.g., Scheduled, Running, or Complete).
TypeShows the automation type.
Last RunIndicates the date and time the automation was last executed.
Next RunDisplays the next scheduled execution time, including a countdown to the next run.
DescriptionProvides a brief note about the automation purpose.
The progress tracker displays how many activities within the automation have successfully completed.
Use the Activity Progress indicator to monitor if any automation steps fail to execute or remain pending.

Campaign Performance

The Total Engagement Per Campaign section displays key performance metrics for all web push campaigns over the last 30 days. Use this view to assess how each campaign performs in terms of delivery, engagement, and completion rates. You can also view All Campaign Performance summaries for 1 day, 7 days, and 30 days using the selector at the top right corner. This helps you compare short-term and long-term campaign performance at a glance.

Campaign Metrics

Select a campaign from the Campaign List to view its detailed performance. Each campaign card includes real-time delivery and engagement data summarised as follows:

Subscription Summary

The Subscription Overview section provides insights into your audience composition—showing how many users are subscribed, where they are located, and which devices they use. Use this data to understand your active subscriber base and optimise engagement strategies.

Total Subscription

This chart displays the overall number of users who have interacted with your app’s subscription prompt, including both opted-in and opted-out users calculating the overall subscription health.

Opted InSubscribers who have granted permission to receive notifications.
Opted OutUsers who declined or revoked notification permissions.
Opt-in RateThe percentage of users currently subscribed to receive push notifications.
A higher opt-in rate indicates effective notification prompts and positive user engagement.

Users Geography

The Users Geography chart visualises the geographic distribution of your subscribers. Each ring represents a country, with its size proportional to the number of active subscribers.

Country LabelsShows subscriber counts per region (e.g., PH, AU, US, IN, UK).
Top Performing RegionHighlights the country with the highest number of active subscribers.
Total UsersTotal number of subscribers across all regions.
Average per CountryThe mean number of subscribers per detected country.
Use this data to tailor regional messaging or schedule notifications for specific time zones.

Device Distribution

The Device Distribution chart shows the share of active subscribers by device type. Each slice represents the percentage of total users using a specific platform (e.g., Windows, Android, macOS).

Subscription Analytics

The Subscription Analytics section tracks subscriber opt-in and opt-out trends over time. The data displayed here is based on query results from the previous 7 and 30 days, giving you a clear view of recent audience changes. Use this section to monitor how your subscriber base grows and to evaluate the effectiveness of your notification prompts.

Opt-In vs Opt-Out

Opted InNumber of users who have granted permission to receive push notifications during the selected period.
Opted OutNumber of users who have revoked or declined notification permissions during the same period.
Opt-In RatePercentage of users who opted in out of the total subscribers tracked.
Opt-Out RatePercentage of users who opted out during the same timeframe.
A consistent or increasing opt-in trend indicates strong subscriber trust and engagement. A spike in opt-outs may suggest the need to adjust notification frequency or content relevance.

Distribution Overview

The Distribution Overview chart displays the proportion of opted-in versus opted-out users. Each segment represents the overall distribution of active subscriptions within the selected period.
