Having trouble signing in or opening the app?

Step 1. Refresh Your Session:

As a first step, log out of SFMC and log back in to ensure you have a fresh session.

Step 2. Clear Browser Cache:

Clear your browser’s cache and cookies for the Marketing Cloud website, as old data can sometimes cause conflicts.

Step 3. Try Again:

Close the browser tab and relaunch MCX from the AppExchange menu in your Business Unit.
