1. Get MCX for Your Business Unit

Get MCX for Your Business Unit
Head to go.altus.digital/mcx-appexchange to add MCX to your Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Unit. Click Get It Now and follow the prompts to complete the installation. Alternatively, you can search for “MCX” directly in the AppExchange and click Get It Now to install.

2. Launch and Authenticate

Once installation is complete, open MCX from the AppExchange section in your Marketing Cloud Business Unit. The system automatically signs you in using your Marketing Cloud credentials.

3. Explore Your Available Apps

After authentication, the dashboard displays all available MCX applications. Select an app to start enhancing your workflow.
